QuickCactus helps people who need local help connect with people who want to perform tasks. We provide the marketplace, profiles, task tools, messages, and related features.

QuickCactus is not the employer, employee, agent, contractor, insurer, or representative of either user. The people using the marketplace are responsible for deciding whether to work together.

Give accurate account information, keep your login secure, and update important information when it changes. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Use QuickCactus only if you can legally enter into an agreement and perform or request the work involved. Do not create accounts for someone else without authorization.

Employers must describe work honestly, including its scope, location, timing, pay, hazards, access requirements, and any material changes.

Workers must communicate truthfully about their skills, availability, tools, qualifications, licensing, insurance, and ability to complete the work. Do not begin work you cannot safely or lawfully perform.

Before work begins, both sides should confirm the scope, agreed pay, timing, and any change to the original task in writing.

Unless QuickCactus expressly says otherwise, users arrange payment directly with one another. QuickCactus does not guarantee that a user will pay, perform, reimburse, or resolve a dispute.

Each user is responsible for their own taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, reporting obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.

Offline work and meetings carry real risk. Review our Safety Center before using the marketplace.

Do not use QuickCactus for emergencies. In an emergency or immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency service.

QuickCactus does not guarantee a user’s identity, conduct, qualifications, background, licensing, insurance, or the safety or legality of a task.

Do not post or perform illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, discriminatory, harassing, sexually exploitative, misleading, or unsafe work. Do not pressure users for passwords, verification codes, financial-account details, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or personal identification documents.

Do not misuse another person’s content or identity, attempt to evade a suspension, interfere with the service, or use the platform to solicit harm.

You remain responsible for the content you submit. By submitting content, you give QuickCactus permission to host, display, copy, and use it only as needed to operate, protect, improve, and promote the service.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, private without permission, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, our policies, or the law.

Use available reporting tools to flag suspicious, misleading, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. We may review reports, but we cannot promise a particular response or outcome.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, tasks, content, or access for safety concerns, abuse, fraud, violations of these Terms, or legal reasons.

QuickCactus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about users, tasks, outcomes, availability, accuracy, safety, or suitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickCactus is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the marketplace or offline interactions between users.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date above will show when they were last revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
