Terms overview
The rules of the road. Clear expectations, fewer headaches.
These Terms govern use of QuickCactus. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1) Marketplace role (CYA)
QuickCactus is a platform that helps employers and workers connect.
We are not a party to agreements between users and do not employ workers.
Users are responsible for verifying identity, suitability, licensing, insurance, and compliance with laws.
2) User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, communicate in good faith, and use the service lawfully.
Do not post illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or misleading content.
3) Payments, fees, and taxes
Fees may apply and will be disclosed in-product or on the Pricing page.
Users are responsible for taxes, permits, and any required reporting.
Any payment tooling is provided “as is” and may be updated or replaced.
4) Content and submissions
Users may upload photos, notes, and messages to document work.
You grant QuickCactus a license to host and display this content as needed to operate the service.
Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
5) Disputes and refunds
Disputes should first be handled between users through chat and documented proof.
QuickCactus may provide tooling, but does not guarantee outcomes.

6) Safety and risk assumption
Meeting strangers and performing physical work carries risk.
Users assume all risks related to offline interactions and work performance.
7) Termination and enforcement
We may suspend or remove accounts for violations, abuse, fraud, or safety concerns.
We may remove content that violates policies or law.
8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability (CYA)
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickCactus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid to us in the prior period, if any.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept updates.
